I have a problem to report;

Right now, I'm using the internet with my 3DS. I tried logging on to the chat, but every time it just directed me back to the login page. I've tried all the different passwords I know I use, but still nothing. Not even an error message. Any help would be much appreciated. x.x

I get this problem when I use my 3DS also.

Actually, the 3DS is the problem. Their internet isn't as good as a computer, so it may do weird things. The chat might also need something that your DS doesn't have. Hope this cleared your question ^-^

In the last part of the new rules, it says "which are not items, ie. a collar", I don't understand why a collar doesn't count as an item?

Also, Melon Fizz grew out her mane, and it was a fairly big edit, and I want to make sure it's okay.
Of course I made the mane on a separate layer, since I had planned from the beginning that when she got more mature she'd loose her punky collar and mane. I was planning on removing it in a month or two anyways, but I just want to make sure for now, so I don't get in any trouble. c:
I'll remove it if need be. ^u^

I'm not quite sure as to why a collar doesn't count as an item. Maybe Komi was trying say the collar was an item, but worded it oddly? I see collars to be fine personally. xD
As for Fizz, I believe the mane would be fine since Melon had it originally before the rules were updated. If you plan on doing any current things though, please let staff know. c:

Just to try to clear this up...

You have to read the whole sentance. Items including collars, are ok to add. But if you want to add anything other than items, you must get permission.
