The rule was small, and perhaps some people didn't notice, or maybe some just ignored it. I'm not pointing fingers, but here's what I suggest:
How about from now on, no more unrealistic colors or designs without permission from Teresa for a special event. I don't think that anyone's trying to tattle tale or point fingers, but rather than argue, we can just agree with one another and say: "Sure, i'll ask before hand from now on, and I need a good reason for making an unrealistic coat, not just for fun." I'm not sure if themes count, because guest artists love doing themes. You'll have to take that up with Teresa herself.
But she is just reminding you that you need to abide by this rule, no one's been warned OR banned yet.

This one I never gave permission to do and I am not that happy with it. cn_spots is not on enough that she really knows what is going on, plus, I just imagine it as paint on it thoe it is the worst out of the ones you mentioned!
