Hey, are guest artists accepted right now? Because I've never been a GA for here, and I have a really cool idea. But also, I'm kind of tired of losing contests, and I just said 'forget this, I'll make myself a perfect custom and everybody will be jelly.' XD

GA's are not open, and they have not been open, for a long time.

Only staff get customs and a guest artist would not be considered staff long enough to 'earn' a custom.

Plus back when there were customs for GA, the rule was only if you didn't currently own a bean.
