What exactly IS the chat room? Is it like a chatzy, or something on the Fanclub site, or what? I kinda feel stupid for asking this, but I just want to be prepared to use my bean and be active with him/her when I get one. :3
Sorry if this is spam!

Hi, I'm not sure if this was already asked before, but I'm going to ask again- so before hand I'm apologizing if this is spam.
Okay, so I know that you must wait 2 months for your JBD to reach the next level of growth, and I'm fine with that. However, recently I won a re-adopt bean. I was preparing to wait 2 months before I sent in a request (which I will still do so tater can have her space), but I was just wondering; Since technically before the JBD was revamped he was at that age for over two months now, so if i wanted to, would I be able to request for the artist to age him? As i said before, I'm going to wait a bit before asking, but I was just curious. Thank you for your time.

I read through all the JBD aging rules and searched the thread, so I apologize if this has been asked before. o3o"
Are there JBD years? As in, how every human year is seven dog years, are there JBD years? Or are JBD years the same as human years? Or would a JBD year just be two months, due to the aging rules? ^u^
Thanks. c:

For most purposes, due to JBDs having approximately the same life-span of humans, 1 human year = 1 JBD year. So there's no formula needed.
You can find more specific information on the
JBD official Thread, which is one of the links at the top the front page.

That would be fine. Run the simplified markings past me first though please?
I have a question. If adults have simple markings as a child, does that mean when we age our child Beans their designs become more complex as they reach adulthood? =)

No, I would think not.
This is usually because, as a child, Jellybean dragons do not have all their markings in the first place
A Jellybean Dragon comes to this world by hatching from a jellybean-shaped egg, exactly a month after it is laid by its mother. This special egg is roughly bigger than a rabbit, though it is definitely heavier than one. Something curious about JBD eggs is that the egg shell's color matches the fur color of the baby it keeps inside. A baby JBD is born with no markings, though a week after it hatches, it will start changing fur, and its markings will appear (unless it turns out that it is Plain).
So in actuality, they are just 'growing into' their markings rather than 'them' becoming more complex.
Should you want to make changes like this to your beans design, I figure you would have to have the bean for at least *two months, and ask the artist whether or not they are okay with you making their design more complex, and have it run through the moderation team since its becoming more 'complex' instead of 'simple'.
*** Two months or more;
I was going by the rules of revamping a design
★ You must own the dragon for more than two months
★ You may have the design simplified WITH permission from the original artist, but it must maintain the integrity of the original design
Of course, I am no so sure of this myself, this is just a general Idea of how things would be handled in this situation XD
