Do you hoard on impulse, or do you put a lot of thought into which pets you hoard and why?
If your hoard(s) is/are common or fairly easy-to-get pets, does it ever get to a point when all you feel like you ever do is trade for your hoard?
If your hoard(s) is/are rare or hard-to-get pets, do you find yourself running out of trade fodder easily?
1) to be honest, around 2011 I got very bored. As much as I loved the pets put out every month, there was nothing really to do other than being on the fourms. So I thought about doing a hoard, but couldn't pin point which pet. Until I saw the rotties we got one month. They so closely resembled my dog Friday that I couldn't help but hoard Some 50 of them.
2) Sometimes it depends. I might just hoard because I'm bored and want an easy mini hoard, or because I like the design, or because the pet just gives me good memories.
3) No. I usually hoard only VC - Common pets, and even then, all if not most of my goals are set at 20. 20 is my lucky number, so that's my goal for my hoards. I don't know if I'd even be considered a real hoarder, because all I do is mini hoard. But that's about 30+ little mini hoards. I don't feel like I'm always trading for my hoards because I set deadlines for myself. Oh, I want to finish his hoard by the end of the week. So then the rest of the month, I'm not worrying to find my hoards, and I'm not constantly losing fodder. I give myself time to rebuild my fodder.
4) I hoard the 08 Camo dogs, and frankly yes, by only finding 6 I've ran out of 08 fodder lol. If you're going to do an UC-Rare-VR hoard, expect to be paying what it's worth. You won't find yourself getting any pets in underpay, unless you're gifted one. It'll seem like you have lots of rares, until you start trading them off one by one, then you'lL have none left
