That is true.
You are not allowed to breed with horses that are not adopted yet and if someone else owns it you have to ask the owner...

and I almost think in the breeding rules here there should at least be set for choice between the Artist but up to Owner of the Species but again True...
The mare is a Mare I made and not chose a home yet I am sorry..

IDK if it's people don't want to prefer me to breeding or they just don't know I'm willing to ^_^ I can get to it straight away

But do kind of find it sad that I'm left out mainly if it's a mare or Stallion I made but it is up to you I just an Addicted to making new Horses
