I want this Sylphaire because: She has really beautiful long shiny black hair, which I always wanted. And she would be my first, and I really love her alot, and alot, I tried to resist from getting her, but then... I gave in, and I had to fill up a form for this girl, and it would be wonderful to own her. I was only attracted to this, i was pretty much curious about these. When I checked out the adoption area, I immdiately froze, as I was in love with her colors which kind of remind me of autumn. And autumn is my second favourite seasons, I didn't really liked the others, but I loved this girl to bits.

Actually, you dont. Its an effort adoptable, but if she doesnt want to add aditions thats fine. As long as it is apparent that she has tried to get said adoptable. Since shes written more than one sentence, id say she put effort into her forme.

*Blackberry*'s form looks to me as a form for normal adoptable.
The Adittion section is no duty. Even if you apply for an effort adoptable.
It just minimizes your chances to get this sylphaire, more or less, if you decide not to use this section.
Even if you write a bit more in 'Why do I want this Sylphaire', it is, my opinion, too less.
I expect at least this much effort for the free adoptables. At least it is like that in my case.

True, though, you have to make a difference in between the effort she puts into a normal form, and the effort she puts into the effort form. If a normal form does not have any trace of effort, it's rejected, too. Meaning, the "Effort" forms have to have more than just plain and simple effort, thus it's better to add something to the addition, otherwise, it might even be rejected. The addition can be anything, Picture, Text, Personality stuff etc.
It's not a rule to add something to the addition, however, without anything in the addition, your form will most likely be rejected.
