This is not CS pet adoption agency. This is a character adoption agency. Look at the front to see the characters, pick one, read the rules and terms of the artist, and adopt one of those. That's how it works here.

I would like to adopt!
Number: 12
Picture: Image
Name: Kahi (Kah ~ he)
Species: Estry Horse
Personality: Kahi is somewhat depressed, he was not always like this but after his history, he gave up trying to be happy. He loves to be cheered up by other people but doesn't act so. Around other males of the herd he acts like a pervert and is always saying how he has mated with tons of mares. When in reality he has never actually loved a mare enough to do so. If his herd mates leave he always apologizes to the mares, and when it doesn't go well he avoids them for a few days.
Likes:
He has a crush on Ribbons and Bows but she is one of the few in power and he doesn't think he has a chance with her.
Astarot is his father figure to him.
He enjoys running and letting his feather necklace fly back, it gives him a sence of freedom.
He loves to be in a crowd but he won't speak unless spoken to first, in which case he gives a grunt or a nod. Rarely does he speak.
Dislikes:
Reptiles, he was bitten by an alligator as he was crossing a stream and since then he never likes any scaly creature of the sort.
Rain, He doesn't like to get wet, though he isn't made of fire or sugar the idea of getting wet and cold bothers him.
Small shallow streams, he was crossing a very shallow stream when he was bitten, he doesn't mind water but he has problems with crossing streams.
Mud, he hates when his legs are caked with mud. So much he rather wash it off in the rain then sleep in the dry warm shelters.
(He doesn't like rain but he is ok with getting wet, rain is cold and hurts his eyes while water cleans his fur.)
Background: Kahi yawned as the dawn's light shone on the small herd laying on the wispy grass. His mother curled up beside him while his father stood over both of them with his head close to the ground. His father was one of the scouts for this herd so what little time he had with his father was his favorite time. He stood up and walked around his mother stepping lightly on the wet grass as he nuzzled his father’s leg. "Its time to go daddy." He said in a small voice. His father perked his ears up and looked at his son while lifting his head. "Is it morning already?" His dad asked stretching his neck and legs out with a yawn. "That’s what all old horses say!" Kahi laughed with a loud shush coming from behind him. He turned his head to see his mother pinning her ears. "Your mother must sleep, besides, your sister is due any day now so your mother needs all the energy she can get." His father smirked while pushing Kahi with his nose gently. "Then let’s go." he said more quiet this time. starting a simple trot away from the herd with his father walking behind him. "You know the rules right?" His father asked pulling on his son's mane. "Yes dad, course I know the rules!..." His father smirked, "And what would they be?" He asked turning his head, his bright orange mane falling to one side. "Well... I can't leave to explore without you. If I since the smallest thing I am to tell you and I am not to run ahead." He said looking at the glowing sky the sun slowly hitting his back and breaking the cool air. "That’s right, now all you have to do is follow them and we will be fine." He said ruffling his son's forelock with his nose. "I will I will! Not lets go!" He said quickening his trot to a gallop. "What did I say about running ahead?!" His father yelled with a small laugh while galloping after his son. "Well no need to be old and slow!" Kahi shouted back throwing more energy into his legs. His father played along and slowly galloped easily matching the young colt's speed. They laughed as they ran both messing with each other before the sun was finally up. Kahi was exhausted already as they got to the river. "Hungry?" His father asked stepping into the shallow water. "Definitely!" Kahi whinnied laying down in the water feeling safe beside his father. He nodded and dipped down into the water till it was just touching his eyes and with a strong jerk he came back up with some of the water grass. He tossed it to Kahi's side before grabbing some for himself snorting as some water went up his nose. He stood beside Kahi as his son sniffed the grass timidly. "It doesn't bite, just try it." He said with a warm laugh. Kahi laughed as well before taking a bite. He chewed the weird textured grass taking a moment to swallow before judging the taste. "Its... good!" He exclaimed grabbing some more. His father smiled and ate his own meal while keeping his ears perked and on high alert. There was little danger in this world but to be on high alert was still a good idea. The river came up to the older horses knees so standing in front of Kahi was just instinct to him as they took their rest. This was the first time the young colt was able to come on a scouting trip so he knew he would have to take it easy. As the rest started to come to an end Kahi was sound asleep. His father never dared close an eye as he looked around. They didn't know where they were but he suddenly had a sick feeling in his stomach. He nuzzeld Kahi awake getting anxious as his son was slow to wake up. "Kahi!" He finally shouted making the foal jump to its hooves. "Time to go." He said sternly as he started to cross the river. Kahi blinked getting the sleepyness out of his eyes and followed his father feeling the same sickness in his stomach as he looked around. Something moved with the current but didn't seem natural. His father quickened his walk to a trot as he watched it and his son. It was headed right for the foal. As it got closer he jumped behind Kahi and started to push him while galloping. "What’s going on!?" Kahi nickered loosing his footing easily. "Just go!" His father yelled as the green blob started to move faster. They were almost to the shore as it just jumped out of the water snapping its long jaw at them causing them to whinny in a panic. They both thrashed for the shore as its jaws landed on Kahi's leg causing the young foal to thrash and panic. "Hold on!" A voice came from the background but the thrashing from the alligator and its growling was defending to the foal. His father charged at the alligator stepping on its side with its hooves and rearing up to avoid its tail. It finally let go of Kahi and his father took the moment to hit his son with his head as hard as he could sending him to the shore only a few feet away. Kahi was paralyzed and barley felt a thing when his father hit him. His father turned his attention to the reptile and tried to get to shore being caught a few times by its cutting sharp jaws. Kahi couldn't hear anything as he stood in sat in silence seeing his father get taken down by a large beast, soon enough the sound of his father’s loud voice broke through and he could finally hear again. "Run Kahi! Run!" He shouted as he hit the ground and felt the alligator clamp around his neck. Kahi lifted his leg and finally ran up the bank into the grassy plains crying, he couldn't help but feel like he was abandoning his father in the death trap. He could still hear the splashing of water as he ran, legs shaking as he battled for air. The splashing suddenly stopped leaving Kahi to think the worst. He turned back and looked at the river, not able to see the water but as he waited nothing happened. He was telling himself that his father would walk up the bank at any second but as the sun started to sink in the land nothing happened. Kahi finally realized what had happend and his knees finally gave out and he fell to his side, exhausted and bleeding. His eye sight started to fade and his eyes slowly closed till his crying stopped and he was sleeping. He imagined his father fighting and his mother pacing the floor as her stomach weighed heavy waiting for her family's return. But the mate of a scout knows that he may never come back, and if he wasn't back by morning he was gone forever. Morning came and the ground heated up waking up Kahi. His fur soaked in sweat and his leg still bleeding. He closed his eyes and let his head fall back and waited to die, he couldn't go home and his father was gone, why push to survive? A cold wet tongue ran across his legs shocking him enough to lift his head and open his eyes seeing the problem. A small wolf pup sat there cocking his head as he panted with bright eyes. "Go home." Kahi muttered letting his head fall back to the ground with a thud and closing his eyes. A cold tongue ran across his leg again making him groan and push himself onto his stomach. "I said go home!" He shouted making the puppy stop panting and growl pinning its ears. Kahi turned his head with a smirk not expecting the canine to bite down onto his mane. He stood to his feet with the wolf still on his back and pinned his ears. "Fine! Where do you live." The puppy climbed up the colt’s neck and sat on its head pointing forwards to a dark forest. Kahi sighed and lifted his head making the dog slide down his neck and land on his rump as he started to walk towards the forest. His stomach grumbled and his head drooped as he walked not listening to the puppy on his back or pay attention to it running and jumping, tail wagging and barking loudly. "Would you stop it!" Kahi finally shouted lifting his head to see the puppy with its rump towards him head over the shoulder and panting. Kahi pinned his ears and huffed before freezing in his tracks as there was a growl in front of him. He slowly turned his head to see a large wolf almost matching his size as it stood in a fighting pose with its teeth bared and ears pinned. The puppy jumped onto his head and barked at the wolf jumping off the colt's head landing in front of the wolf. It sniffed it for a few seconds before licking it all over laying down and almost looked like it was smiling. As Kahi started to leave the wolf barked again, it jumped in front of him before grabbing something on its neck, it pulled it off and slipped it on his neck letting it fall against his chest. It was a bundle of feathers of all different shades of red to orange. Kahi smiled as he looked at it before feeling her put something behind his ears. He looked up to see some more matching feathers. He nuzzled the female as a thank you before they both nodded at each other and took their leave. Kahi forgot his idea of just giving up and decided to keep going, maybe finding something to fill the cracks in his broken heart. As he walked he suddenly felt something pulling on his tail. He lifted it up and looked back seeing the puppy he saved holding onto his tail with his teeth. "What are you doing?" He asked with a small laugh as the puppy wagged its tail and barked. Kahi kept his smile as he picked up the puppy and set it on his back and kept walking enjoying the company. they never said much but they both got each other. They both grew larger and larger as they traveled not knowing where they were going. Finally they were both full grown and had taught each other their language quite well. But one day as they were walking the wolf suddenly stopped and pinned its ears. "What’s wrong?" He asked looking ahead. "There is something big out there." She said looking at the edge of the forest as it extended to a grassy plain. Kahi kept walking and looked around, his eyes fell on a huge black mist quite a ways away. "Well let’s go see." Kahi said scraping at the ground with his hoof. "I'd rather not.." She said looking down. "They could be friendly." He said nuzzling her gently feeling her increased heart beat and her short breath. "I don't know." She said giving him a small kiss. "Well why don't we look together. I promise I will never leave you." He said smiling. "All right," She said finally giving in. He nodded as she jumped on his wide back laying down and holding onto Kahi's neck with his paws. They walked towards the black dot and watched as it slowly turned into a herd of horses. All had extraordinary colors and one had sparks flying off it. They all raised their head as they watched Kahi coming with a smile. The one with blue sparks worked forward with a black and red horse beside her. "Welcome, I'm Electric Blue, call me EB." She said taking a quick bow. "I'm Astarot." The other said with a warm smile. "Kahi, and this is-" He was paused half way through as suddenly loud growls came from behind. The whole herd jumped at the noise making the wolf and horse stand on edge. "What’s going on?" He asked turning towards the loud growls. A quite large pack of wolves stood behind them, their ribs showing and foam dropped to the ground from their mouths. "When I say you have to run with us as fast as you can." She said slowly stepping backwards before full out turning and running. "Go!" She shouted as the pack started running after the herd. The horses panicked and ran as fast as they could with Kahi in the middle of it. "Kah!, I'm losing my grip!" The wolf on his back shouted. "Hold on!" He shouted trying to steady his gallop but still trying to go fast. He could feel her slipping and started to slow down. "Just keep going, We will be dead if we slow down!" She shouted looking behind her as the horses galloped and the wolves very close in sight. "But I made a promise!" He shouted the whites of his eyes showing. "Just go!" She barked before finally losing her grip and falling off. She rolled to the ground and watched as several horses jumped over her one just nicking her head. She rolled to her side and watched Kahi running with a smile as the wolves started to crowd around her ripping at her fur and skin angrily. As they came to a stop the wolves far from sight Kahi fell to his knees, as the whole herd watched him cry and sit there in pain. They hung their heads showing respect for his loss and it took a long time till Ribbons and Bows decided to help him. She walked over to him and wiped his crying eyes with a ribbon giving a warm smile. "I understand your loss, but don't give up yet." She nickerd rubbing his neck warmly, her hot breath warming his cold stature. "You have a new family and we promise to stay with you." She said lifting her neck to the proper height. "But please don't let us have to watch you like this." She asked beckoning for him to rise to his hooves. Kahi nodded with a sniff and stood up, his ears falling to the sides in sadness. Ribbons smiled and pushed him towards the herd. "Let’s get you cleaned up." EB said fixing his mane and smoothing his fur out. Kahi was still younger than most of the herd members, and he still had growing room. So as the herd crowded around the crying colt he felt like he was at home. He still cried over his losses but the herd was always there fixing him again and caring for him like a mother would. He felt safe and eventually he ended up falling for Ribbons. He talked with Astarot like he was a father and Arance was his best friend. Was this his forever home?

I would like to adopt!
Number: 4
Picture:
Image
Name:
Klarasrin Nixee (Klarr)
Species: Fox (anthro)
Personality:
Klarasrin is very withdrawn, quiet and focused. He is very determined in his own way although many do not see it as he speaks rarely, preferring to get on with things quietly. He is susceptible to violent mood swings and can get very angry, as his affinity with electricity would suggest.
Beneath his usually calm (at least in public) exterior, his head swirls with violent emotional reactions to the things around him. He is easily offended or hurt, but very hard to read as he usually doesn't show it in any way until he gets to somewhere private and alone.
Because of this some think he is cold and emotionless, and although this couln't be further from the truth, only the closest to him know otherwise.

Likes: Quietness, being alone. Klarr is happiest when surrounded by the few people who know him well and love him, where he can be himself and show his true personality. He also likes swimming and physical activities, hunting and engineering things such as traps and toys for the young members of his tribe.

Dislikes: People who don't understand, and don't want to, People who have closed their minds so entirely that once they have mad up their minds there's no changing them. He's good at convincing people, and it frustrates him greatly when they will not listen or understand. He doesn't like crowds or being in a big group of people he doesn't know and being expected to make friends with them all, despite them being maybe the kind of people he doesn't want to befriend.

Background (Optional, but it gives you a better shot. 2500 words maximum, 100 words minimum. We value quality over quantity, you can have five pages and still say absolutely nothing.)

Klarasrin was born into the Narr tribe of the Llani region, on the planet Eklach. In his tribe it was common to be born with an affinity to an element or animal, and he by chance, like his grandfather before him, had a strong link to electricity of all kinds.
This didn't bother him. It interested him to discover what he could do with it- reading the books his grandfather left on training this gift to become a power rather than a mere affinity. By the time he was fourteen he could use it to charge up a circuit or jumpstart a broken- down spacecraft. His tribe found him useful, if nothing more.
But Klarr was not like the other children of his tribe, spending much of his time at home reading or training, and because of this he never properly made friends or bonded with his tribemates. His parents rarely had much time for him as they had several other children, all much younger than him, to chase round after.
So when he was old enough to start working with the rest of the tribe, hunting, building and making, he never felt he fit in. He was more interested in the beauty of the forest and the ways of the native animals. He always wanted to look at the carcasses the hunting parties brought home, see how they worked. And because he had few or no close friends in the tribe, no-one understood why.
He carried on like this until he was nineteen. At this point, he had realized what was going wrong with his life. It annoyed him, frustrated him, that he'd got the wrong start and now he couldn't put it right. What he wanted more than anything was a fresh start.
And a fresh start, one warm, breezy day at the end of spring, was just what he got.

Klarr woke in the morning to shouts of excitement echoing through the village. Parents waking children, people running to get a look at something.
This had happened only twice before in Klarr's life. It meant a starship was landing.
He slid out of the door of the hut he shared with his sister, but instead of heading for the place where the crowds were amassing, he made his way up the hill behind the village.
He was the only person who knew of this trail. Pushing his way through the bushes at the top, the sky was full and turquoise- blue in front of him. The trail suddenly dropped away into a high cliffside overlooking the landing site, a vast slab of white stone cleared just outside the village.
And it was here, at the top of the cliff, that Klarr settled down to wait.
The ship was just a blurry shape high in the sky, growing clearer every second. It descended through the layers of hazy clouds, growing bigger and bigger, louder and louder, until it was through the last cloud layer and hanging high above the landing zone. The people down below moved back quickly, covering their ears against the noise, and Klarr did likewise.
The great propeller blades beneath the ship started up, creating a cushion of air so it could land softly. And then, with a light bump that shook the ground, it was down.
It was a medium- sized ship, wide wings for gliding, and runners on the bottom to prevent damage to the ship in landing. The nose tapered to a point at the front, and the whole thing was very streamlined.
A panel on the side slid open and a set of steps descended, and down those steps came a party of three. Tall, gangly figures, walking lazily, without rush. Klarr wondered what they wanted.
He began to descend the cliff face, climbing paw over paw down a route he knew from previous visits. That wasn't to say it was any safer, but it was faster than going all the way round the hill on the path again, and it would bring him down close to the ship.
He reached the bottom and jumped the last few feet, landing with a thump and sending a small cloud of dust up around him from the sun- baked earth, for it had not rained for several weeks.
The figures had reached the bottom of the steps now and had been watching his descent with interest. They had pale blue skin and black eyes, and were wearing simple robes made of natural fabrics in plain colours.
As one, they appeared to realize they had been staring and turn back to face the crowd. Klarr sidled to the edge to listen to what they said from just outside the throng of people all pushing for the front.
"We have traveled far" One of them, a woman, was saying. She spoke carefully, with a peculiar accent, "From our home planet of Cellan. Our ship, though old, has been sturdy so far," here she paused to smile ruefully, "But, we fear, no longer. She is damaged and requires repairs which we are unable to perform alone. We ask you for your kind assistance so we may return to our home"
There was murmuring in the crowd. Some of the tribespeople were looking doubtful. They weren't used to outsiders, and they didn't trust these people.
Klarr looked on with interest. An idea had alighted in his mind, and now, however hard he tried to shake it, it stuck there.

The elders of the tribe called a meeting that evening to discuss what to do about the outsiders. There seemed to be a general agreement that they could be a risk to the tribe and that they should not waste resources and time on them; this annoyed Klarr greatly, although, sitting in the back of the long hut, invisible in the shadows, he neither showed it in his face nor spoke up to argue his point. A few tried, but were shouted down by the majority of the angry and frightened tribespeople.
They're scaring themselves needlessly, thought Klarr. These people don't want to hurt us or steal from us. They'd have no reason to. We have nothing they don't have back on their planet. They just need help.
But the people of the Narr tribe were very set in their ways, and didn't feel safe unless they were shut off from the rest of the universe entirely. Anyone from outside was a danger and a risk to be involved with.
So went the meeting. The stubborn people voted not to help- disregarding the fact that if they did then the aliens would be out of their way more quickly. They wanted to be able to forget about them, imagine the walls of their little world had never been breached.
Well, not if Klarasrin Nixee had anything to do with it.

Late than night Klarr took a light- stick and slipped out of his hut. He walked up the forest path and descended the cliff to avoid having to walk through the middle of the village and risk being seen. And then, summoning all his courage, he walked up the steps to the now closed door and pressed the buzzer on the outside.
The door slid slowly open. There was no-one on the other side, which didn't surprise Klarr much- it must be operated from somewhere else he realized as he stepped inside- but left him unsure of where to go. He moved on a little down the corridor. It was metal and curved in a semi- circle shape, the roof curving down on both sides to meet the equally metal floor.
His footsteps echoed unnaturally on the walls and he imagined whoever was in the ship could hear him coming. Were they deliberately keeping him in suspense, he wondered, or were they afraid he might be leading an attack force to drive them away?
His questions were forgotten, however, as one of the Cellanic crew appeared in the corridor, apparently through a hidden door set into the curving metal of the wall. It was not the one who had spoken to the crowd; this one was male, and even taller. He looked at him calculatingly. His pupils were slits, like a cat's.
"Why you here?" he asked harshly. His accent was stronger than the female's and he jumbled his words a bit.
"I came to help" Explained Klarr. "The others won't but I will. I don't want to hurt you"
The Cellan appeared to digest his words- as if he was printing them onto a piece of paper inside his head and reading them aloud to himself. Eventually he nodded.
"Come"
He started down the corridor at a fast pace, leaving Klarr no choice but to follow. Within a minute, they came to another door in the wall, this one equally hard to spot.
The Cellan man pressed a pad on the wall and it slid open, then turned to shoo him inside.
Through the door was a large and airy room. Klarr realized it must be at the front of the ship, as one side was a large pane of glass. Above here was the control room, he thought, remembering the design of the craft, surrounded by a bubble of glass so they could see what not to crash into. How does it all work?
The other two Cellanic people who had addressed them were sitting on long sofas and massive floor cushions, chatting amiably, along with a second female Klarr had not seen before. He could only see the top of her head, but he could see that she was different from the rest- her hair, instead of the grey- black colour of the Cellans, was golden and shining.
As one, like they had moved earlier that day, the Cellans turned to face him. They must have some sort of telepathic link, he thought, to be able to do that.
The new female took longer to catch on, and when she did Klarr saw that she indeed was not at all Cellanic. He wondered briefly what she was doing here- before his eyes were lost in her face.
She looked as if she was one of his tribe, but she was tall, slender and more wolf- like. That and her hair- and the long unicorn horn that appeared from within it. Her fur was shades of grey, contrasting rather strangely with the golden- yellows of her hair and horn. He wasn't sure it mattered.
She smiled at him, and the atmosphere of the room changed. She wasn't in tune with the Cellans; it was like a breath of fresh air. She, like him, didn't really know how to act around them.
The female Cellan spoke directly to the male standing behind him in Cellanic. He replied and turned to look at Klarr.
"Why are you here?" the female prompted him, and he looked uncomfortably at his paws.
"Um, I came to help you out. I know what the others decided, I don't agree with it"
"And how do you think you can help us? Steal resources? Betray your people?"
Klarr allowed a shy smile onto his lips. "I have an energy affinity. I've trained it; I can use it to help you. What's happened to your ship?"
He felt himself gaining confidence all the time. He was a terrible liar, and the Cellans seemed to be able to sense he was telling the truth.
"Half our flight circuits were burnt out by an energy storm in the Dark Regions" the female explained, motioning for him to sit down on one of the floor cushions. He obliged and told her, "I can help with that"
"You can? Some of the circuitry is buried deep within the ship. The maintenance tunnels are narrow- they were built for our race" she finished ruefully, not intending offence. He didn't take any.
"I can do it. I'll try" He told her firmly. He was not going to give up on this. But now, this was the hardest part. The deal on their side.
"If I can come with you"
She looked at him. "What? I don't understand"
"When I've fixed your ship, will you take me somewhere? Anywhere at all, I don't mind. Just drop me off on another habitable planet. I can't stand to be here a moment longer"
"It seems a reasonable request" she said, nodding thoughtfully. "But our world is strictly closed to outsiders. It's cramped enough as it is"
"I, err, might be able to help with that"
They all turned to look at the speaker. It was the young unicorn- wolf girl, over in the corner.
"I hitched a lift with them to visit my sister. They're taking me back to my planet before they reach theirs. It's just along the way; the systems are next- door to each other... Where was I? Yes, you could come and live with us. I mean it's not all that advanced, y'know, just a small village, but cozy, nice people, oh and the village is in the trees... You're not scared of heights? Good, it's rather high. Took me a while to get used to, I can tell you. But, nice. Nice people, nice food. I'm rambling a bit, sorry. It's a habit"
"That would be, uh, lovely" replied Klarr, struggling to digest the high- speed information.
"Well! That's done" nodded the Cellan female; who Klarr had realized by now must be the captain. "I am Le'roke, and these two are Sanlow and Mannwe. And that is Oak" she nodded at the wolf- unicorn.
Klarr smiled, truly in front of others for the first time in too long. "I am Klarasrin"

So it began. Klarr worked around the clock for three months, helping, fixing and charging. Oak helped him in much of his work, fetching and carrying for him. Sometimes he wondered if the Cellans had told her to, but when he asked her she shook her head fiercely and told him she was "Nobody's servant girl"
He discovered new things he could do with his gift, welding bits of wire together and opening hatches that were stiff with unuse. The ship had not flown often, and this was the first time it had been damaged, he began to realize. It was easier that way- he didn't have someone else's handiwork to contend with.
Over the months he watched Oak, when he thought she didn't know, when she smiled, when she ran to "See what she could help with", when she spoke. And, almost unconsciously, he fell deeper until he woke up one morning and realized that he was in love with her and really, really didn't know what to do about it.
So for a while, he did nothing. He came to realize that the tribespeople must have realized he was helping the Cellans. Either they knew they couldn't change his mind, or they just didn't care. Probably the latter.
But change was coming, and a new beginning. Just what he'd longed for for so long.
There were, however, always doubts. What if the people on Oak's planet didn't accept him either? What if they were all the same, like the people here? What if their minds were just as sealed?
He voiced these questions to Oak one day in the common room at the front of the ship, as the sun went down ahead and threw the whole room into shades of pink and orange and set her hair alight.
She laughed and the room was full of birdsong. And she took his hand and told him, no, they would accept him as they had accepted her. And when he asked her what she meant, she told him her story.
Oak and her sister Firayni did not belong to any race. They were not even truly sisters, but Oak liked to think they acted like them. They had been grown by cruel and somewhat inhumane scientists for research purposes, in a project which involved mixing the genes of an animal, a humanoid and a previously discovered "mythical" creature to observe the results. All Oak had known for the first fourteen years of her life where the white walls of the cell, the cold gazes of the scientists, and Firayni's voice filtering through to her.
Then one day they came up with a plan. A wonderful, wonderful plan. Oak told him Firayni had thought of most of it and it was really too big and complicated to remember much of, but it involved stealing a ship and escaping to the stars.
And that was just what they did. As children of fourteen who'd never seen each other's face before, they piloted a small spaceship to freedom.
Firayni liked that freedom and couldn't let it go. She kept the ship and traveled from world to world when Oak settled down on Santuan. She was still out there, Oak said. She'd seen her just a few months ago. She was happy, in her grumpy way. And Oak was happy on Santuan, for the people there had welcomed her with open arms into their home.
"As they will do for you" She told him, looking into his eyes.
Something changed then. When the ship was finally fixed and flown to Santuan, he settled down to live with Oak. It wasn't questioned- it just happened. And over time they grew to love each other yet more dearly.
And there they live to this day.

I think I might be over the word limit... I'm not sure how I can cut it down though. Sorry about that, I'll try to make it shorter.

I would like to adopt!
Number: 4
Picture: Image
Name: Talbot "Sparky" Beaumont
Species: Faux
A faux is a species/breed of anthro that is achieved through years of species mixing, resulting in a rather canine-looking offspring. They are generally part of the poorer society and has by the many years of faux/faux pair, been more refined into it's own 'breed' of anthro. In anthro society, almost 'pure' species looks are very revered and that is why the fauxes are generally looked down on in society. One of the few places where they are widely accepted as part of the general working class, is the Colony. A piece of land that is part of the Chitterlands, but refuse to aknowledge themselves as such, thus making them all outcats and generally a more 'faux friendly' inviroment.

If I am not allowed to change the species, I'll go with fox.
Personality: Talbot is a quite strange Faux due to herientage. He is rather vain and eccentric where most others would be practical. He is discribed as a 'Mad Scientist' by his enemies and to his friends he's simply "Sparky".
