Okay.

I will get started on a couple entries. Since we can use natural lines and colors would I be able to do a mix of a few different big cats markings and such in one entry?

Sure, if you wanted to. But remember, if you're chosen to be an artist, each tignix takes on the appearance of one big cat. ^^
