When it says that you are allowed to order one custom per slots opening does that mean only one for all the four days the slots are open? (That's one a month, i think?)

No it means your name can only appear once in the custom slots each time they open not once a month

It means you can order this time because you haven't got your name in the slots :3

If your name isn't taking up a slot you can order. You just can't appear more than once as in you can't have multiple slots~ E.g

Slot One: Rain.
Slot Two: Lyncher
Slot Three: Neko-the-Gunslinger
Slot Four: Rain. < you wouldn't be allowed to have this slot just the one~

This girl, if you could ^^
I would like the gems around her eyes to be green (the same green as her eyes) and her large orb to be the same colour as her markings whilst the little orbs floating around it to be green (the same green as her eyes).
This girl looks the same on the other side. (Markings and such.)
I would rather that the neko did not include the feathers that are on her back in this ref.

Her base coat is an off-white, like ivory. There are two black dots above her eyes, and there are two red streaks coming down from her eyes, almost like she's been crying. She has these baby blue wings and gold 'tassels'. Her tail is the same shade of blue as her wings, and the gold markings are the same as the tassels. Her eyes are sky blue, brighter than her tail and wings.
