Chitwan
Owner: Diddlebug
Gender: Male
Breedable: Yes
Type: Tropical Fade Elkrin
Into the Fades
The Tropical Fades are a species of Elkrin with vibrant feathers and markings. They hail from Eldemore's more jungle oriented areas and blend in well with their environment. Due to their seclusion, they are very curious when they first come across humans and few have ever even smelled one let alone seen mankind. Their slender bodies make them masters at traversing the dense roots and vines of their jungle homes, allowing them to run freely without restraint. A Tropical Fade's hooves are specially designed to grip onto rough surfaces, so do not be surprised if you see one of these agile deer up a tree.
The giant trees in their homeland are what they rely upon for both food and shelter, creating hollowed out homes beneath the large roots and consuming the many various fruits and nuts from above. Their diets are what give them such vibrant hues among the more feathered fluff on their bodies. This in turn also helps them to camouflage among the many colorful flora in the area, giving them the appearance to fade in and out of sight. While the does are more somber in color, the stags are much more illustrious in markings, sporting bright red chests to appeal to the females. The females tend to stay in small herds made up of other doe family members and young fawns, while the stags roam alone or with brothers. They only all appear together when the mating season arrives, but for the most part stay secluded from one another.
This male is just like all the other brightly colored Stags of the Fades. With his bright gaudy plumage used primarily to attract females, he is in peak form and is actively patrolling the jungle to investigate and protect his territory. These males are quite the dancers too, performing acrobatic feats and strengths to appeal to their more subtle counterparts, the does. They certainly live up to their fanciful coloring and are quite exuberant in nature as well.

Very Handsome!! I absolutely love him!
Name:Chitwan
This is the name of the Chitwan National park in Nepal. Chitwan means “Heart of the Jungle.”Breedable:Yes, but I will be highly selective for this handsome Stag.Extra:Leaves slid under a lightly placed foot, both hands out to feel ahead, eyes open wide to the darkness. A glow stick hung from my neck, but offered little to no protection from what lurked in the shadows. It shone a dim blue light about a foot in front of my face, illuminating my feathery hair where it fell. The scene was eerie, the bit of my surroundings I could see glowing a luminescent blue. My hands slid across branches nearby, fumbling blindly as I stumbled through the trees. I saw a faint light ahead, and marched towards it anxiously. I stumbled upon what seemed to be a small lake, light reflected off of its surface from the moon that shone brightly overhead. The grass was plush, and I could feel my legs becoming heavy, my arms turning to lead. I dropped to my knees and slumped onto my side on the dry, grassy shore, instantly overcome by the will to sleep.
My eyelids were dappled by sunlight that shone through the canopy, so I opened them slowly in order to adjust to the brightness. It was all I saw at first, but after a moment, my vision came into focus. The green trees hung above my head, protecting me from the sweltering heat. My head was lying in soft grass, but I could feel warm sand when I wiggled my toes. I sat up to see the water still before me, only muttering slight replies to the wind that rustled its surface gently. I scooted forward into the sand and close to the water’s edge, just close enough to get my toes wet in the crystal clear water. I dipped them in to feel a moderately cool temperature, and stood to go farther into the water.
I walked in a ways until the water was about to my knees, and then dove in. Cold water rushed past my face, cooling my skin instantly. I held my breath for as long as I could in the serene moment, and then returned to the surface when my chest began to ache. Water rushed down my body as I broke the surface, and I flipped back my head to fix my hair. Water shone in a rainbow of droplets behind me, and I brushed the rest out of my eyes. I looked back to the shore from which I had come, and saw standing there a beautiful Elkrin stag of breathtaking magnificence. I approached slowly, and he stuck out his nose curiously. He took a small whiff, and then bounded into the water playfully. My hands went up instinctively, and the moment my skin touched his, electricity shot through the water, lighting it up with extraordinary vibrancy. He was then my one true bond.

Name:
Tanviar
Breedable:
Yes
Extra:
He stood on the the thick branch carefully keeping watch over the place he called home. The bright colors of his coat had him blending in perfectly with the foliage. It was not unusual for one such as him to be up in a tree, his particular breed could easily scale the giants of the jungle. He reached out and caught a fruit with his teeth, with a quick tug he yanked it free and happily began to eat the bright juicy food.
Meanwhile on the outskirts of the jungle a young woman stared uneasily into the undergrowth her dark hair blowing in the faint breeze. It wasn't especially scary looking but it was the feeling of being watched that had the hairs on the back of her neck prickling. Shaking her head she strode off into the jungle all while trying to ignore the sensation of eyes trained on her form.
There was an ominous chuckle before a sudden crack split the air and nothing was left to suggest that there had ever been anything there. If you were to look closely you would four black shapes on the ground, the grass still smoldering slightly in the shape of hoofprints.
Something evil prowled the land...
She pushed aside a low branch, spitting a curse as it swatted the back of her head. The heat was muggy and uncomfortable as the moisture in the air gradually soaked her hair and forced it to stick to her skin which she hated with a passion. Isabela snarled and after moving her hair away from her skin, she cast her ruby gaze around the surrounding jungle. Pointed ears twitched and the wood elf darted to one side as something leapt at her. Withdrawing twin ebony blades she faced whatever had leapt at her.
"Well well well, what have we here? A lonely elven woman traversing through a jungle. Why is she here I wonder? Where does she go?" The silken voice caressed the tanned ears that bounced slightly as Isabela violently shook her head, Ruby eyes burning with hatred.
"You" she snarled and pointed one slender blade toward the lilac Pegasus mare who stood in front of her twisting sky blue horns crackling with energy. The two of them were old enemies, one Eleven and the other a fallen Goddess.
He raised his muzzle to the air and took a deep breath, taking in the scents that drifted his way. He stiffened as two strange new scents found their way into his airway. Daintily he leapt from the branch and landed with a thud then took off toward where the scents were coming from. Heart pounding and legs screaming Tanviar raced through the jungle weaving his bright body through the trees. He
