Im so sorry for not being able to help out; I finally got my tablet working but whenever I open chibipaint java crashes and my computer freezes ;~; I really hope to get it working soon so I can make some adopts. Once again I apologize for my absence.

I'd rather not have a staff member take care of two different jobs. If you know you can handle being a mod and an artist and you have enough time to do so, then you can send in an application, although I don't necessarily think it is a good idea to be both a mod and an artist at the same time.
