I know that PPS Kia's can't have babies/breed, but are they still allowed to have mates/crushes/etc? I apologize if it's been answered somewhere; It's not much of an excuse, but I'm a little slow today and I've missed a lot of information already on different things.

I'd say they can. Mates and crushes? I think so. Just because they are forever young doesn't mean they can't love.
But I'm not exactly sure. But I know that crushing is okay.

I'd say some of the older PPS could have mates
But since they newer ones have brains that are stuck as children, I don't think they would get mates, crushes maybe

What is the exact definition of a PPS, exactly? In some other adopts I am in (namely, JMDs) they are physically young but grow mentally still. Is it different here? Do they grow mentally or not?

*Flails* I'm not a mod (just an owner and archivist) , but I do think I can answer those questions.

As far as mentality goes, Kiamara with PPS do not age mentally nor physically.
For the young PPS Kiamara, mates would be unlikely, as they are not mentally nor physically developed or interested in such things.
Of course, like any younger child, crushes would be a natural occurrence.
And there are very few older PPS (Akumi is the only one I can think of), and their mate/mentality would be on a case-by-case basis. :3

Yes thank you Tano. That is correct.

PPS is like Tano said, they don't age physically or mentally. Meaning they dont just have the body of a child, but the mind as well. They are not mature enough to have a mate or boyfriend/girlfriend. I suppose crushes are fine but nothing can happen between them.

Akumi is the only older PPS, she has different rules.
