Why would you like this character/What will you do for this character?:
Personality: Feisty, he can be quite feisty, he is also very stubborn, but since he's young hopefully he'll outgrow it. Neptune is sweet at times but usually moody and only likes a small amount, he is quite 'picky'.
History:Neptune was born in a big show barn, everyone thought he was too off to be a show-horse, he was sold several times in just a few months, after his second owner trained him once they thought he was too wild. Neptune wasn't "loved" so he turned a bit sour after a while of not being able to know his owners.
