Lol yeah<3 I've been planning these guys while I was gone xD

They are called M.A.D.

[Mutated and Artifical Dogs. ]

Basically after the R.A.W. we're created they began experimenting on the more tame and obedient dog breeds. They figured the reason for their failure was due the the wolf's natural desire to be free and to fight. Once they had scrapped the R.A.W. project and disposed of their work they put the rest of their money into their research on dogs which had already been a great success which is one of the many reasons why they abandoned the R.A.W. program.
