If you're asking to make your own Kiamara, I've already told you that only artists and guest artists can.

Important News

In case you guys have heard of/seen until now, Apple is taking a short break from CS. She's dealing with a problem, and giving herself some time away from online is a good way for her to calm and clear her mind until she figures out what she wants to do next. This does not mean Kiamaras are being locked, put on hold, or shut down. We will still go on, just without Apple's designs. If Apple has made a Kiamara and hasn't judged it, we'll be judging it shortly, so no worries.

Do not pester Apple on this subject, she will return when she is ready. Until then, things will go on smoothly. There won't be Guest Artists for a while until we can work things out. We have faithful forever Artists with us, and the Mods will continue to deal with this place and keep it running. Lets do our best to keep this place nice and happy while Apple is gone, and pray that whatever's going on in her life gets better soon.
