Anyway, I sorta mixed the henna and steampunk ideas -- hope that's okay? :>
I love how poofy her mane is xP those barrettes were super duper fun too <3
- REQUIREMENTS-
Brown mane - yep!
Henna Markings - definitely!
At least have some purple and teal - yep -- her watch necklace, her tail-watch, the buttons on her boots, her barrettes, and her eyes <3
Earth pony. - yup!
Have her talent something to do with animals. no sorry D; I couldn't think of anything ;^;

Be steampunk based -- yep! lots of nice watches, some steampunk boots, and her crazy hair and shades of red-brown remind me of rust or metal <3
Have metal wings - sorry! I tried these but they didn't work and just hid most of the design ;A;
A watch - yup! she's got one as a tail-band and another as a necklace <3
And reddish/brown hair. - yes!
