Hey there! These strange little creatures catch your eye?

I'm looking for a home for this species. I know I can never keep adoptables going very long, so I'm hoping to find someone who can. Or someone who can find another use for them. The winner will get full ownership of the species and lines. There will be other prizes, too, but that's the main point of the contest, so please don't enter if you're not interested in owning the species.

This contest is in two parts. They will each be judged equally, so if you're not the best with art you can make up for it with the writing, or vice versa. But please make an attempt at both. I'm unlikely to choose someone who's done only one part.

Part One: Art

You colour these lines, preferably with a nice design. You can do one design on all the lines, or a different one on each. That's up to you, and neither option will give you a better or worse chance of winning. Line edits are allowed, but please; no wings, and no over the top accessories.

Part Two: Writing

You write about the species. This should be posted in the description of your coloured lines. The form below is optional, but it is a good guideline for what kinds of things to include in your writing. My only requests are that you don't make them a mouse-snake hybrid...or any kind of hybrid, really. They're their own species, not a mix of two. And please, don't make them eat candy. Fruit, insects, leaves, grass, nuts, meat--anything like that is fine. Just not candy.

I've recently been considering purchasing a lineart to use as an adoptable species. I beieve this may be the perfect lines to do so with. c': They really are a stunning species and I can already see that they have so much personality. Will certainly be trying out. ^-^
