As for everyone else ; Pretty much, the website can only be accessed on Google Chrome. Internet Explorer won't open it, and sometimes Firefox does, but it's iffy. If it won't open on your phone, this is why. You can't really have a Google Chrome on you phone? I don't think you can, but I'm not up to date with iPhones and whatnot. This would be why.
If you can't access it on your computer, try downloading Google Chrome. ^^

That's strange, I've been going to the fan club using Internet Explorer and with Safari on my iPad this whole time. I never once had any problem. I can still access the fan club right now.

That's strange. My computer's a Windows Seven one now, but before it was rebooted, it was an XP, and I used IE for everything including the fanclub, and it was perfectly fine. Then when my computer was rebooted and used a different system, everything except the chatbox would load on IE, so I had to get Chrome.

It does not work on mine I tried again but it just does not want to load! It worked last week but then my computer said I had a problem with Windows7 and wanted me to get Windows8 but I said no and JBD Fanclub does not work! I am so sad ;c

I have no idea why or what is with the fanclub but I discovered that if you just download FireFox, or open it and go to the fanclub, it works perfectly fine. So, have so fun now!

I'm also having the same problem. On my laptop, & on my phone. It will load the front page, but then when I click on login it says it's loading, but it's still on the same page. :c

The fanclub is working for me, and I'm on my phone. Maybe it has to do with your Internet connection, or maybe the server is only working for people living in certain parts of the world...? Sorry, I'm bad with these kinds of things. ono

Guys, it really doesn't have to do with anything about your internet connection. I have full bars but the fanclub still doesn't work unless I go on FireFox. Everything is fine and works perfectly there
