I would just like to briefly point out, fungi teacups and teacups based around things like that are supposed to be rare - most TCD are based off of flowers. Of course, it's Vindhov who makes the rules, but going along with what I know about Teacups...flowers are the most common.

I wasn't planning on making Fungi Teacup Dragons rare or uncommon however there is a larger number of flower and plant based ones. It is however rare for a land living flower or plant TCD to not have any wings.

Fungi TCD's might become rare from me though because of the fact that I have a slight phobia for mushrooms that makes it difficult for me to look at reference pictures XD

I really love the idea - it's quite unique! Teacup sizes dragons- that live amongst the land.
May I ask how you came up with the idea? I bet it would be an interesting story? ^^
