Yeah, I think the spiders did as well. I know there is one batch that has slightly different lineart back in 2010, I think? It's still in the archive uwu

ChickenSmoothie is better than that. It's a site that prides itself on artistic integrity and ingenuity. This is upheld in the oekaki and art sections. It seems out of character to let a lineart slide simply because a minority prefer it. Even if it's not enough to stand up in court, I think it's enough that there's a compelling reason to make the change. CS is definitely better than that. It's just a matter of making it clear to the entire world.
