I used the spraytool and increased the amount of scattering and spacing to max and used while color :3
Then i used the pen and did larger stars and smudged out four lines. (Andd used the dodge tool on all of them)
Then i used some pink, blue, purple and biege colour! C:
And used the dodge tool even more!!! xD
