On a site I used to be on, adoptable shops would sometimes host these events (sometimes deemed Frankenstein creations), and I personally loved participating in them - as well as designing the final product. If you've never heard of this, then this an example could be:
Artist: Be the first person to post a theme
User1: Natural
Artist: 10 minutes for anyone to give me a design
User1: Swirls
User2: Leopard spots
User3: Zigzags
Artist: Alright, I randomized these and leopard spots will be one of the designs on a natural colored Lyar'ki. Now I want another design that could go on it, each user may post two - you have 10 more minutes.
User4: Stripes, Flames
User1: Swirls, scales (few here and there)
User3: Snowflakes, music notes
User2: Wavy lines, speckles
Artist: I randomized again and speckles will go along with the leopard spots - all naturally colored on the Lyar'ki. Next, I want edit themes (ex. jewelry, clothing, hair, weapon, wings, etc) - I'll randomize between the first two to reply to this.
User3: Weapon
User4: Clothing
Artist: Randomizer chose clothing. Now I'll take the first to choose what I'll add as an edit - leg warmers, bow(s), scarf, or blindfold
User3: leg warmers
Artist: Alright, so I'll create a Lyar'ki by the following standards - natural colors, leopard spots and speckled patterns, with legwarmers. I may or may not add a special design/edit to this Lyar'ki.
All who participated in this will be counted and will be randomized to determine the winner once the design is complete.

I hope this made sense as this is a highly simplified version of these events. Since this is the first one, that I've personally noticed, on this site - I'll probably give users more time to give their inputs. Hopefully this will go over well, as I always loved these events and hope that everyone here will like it as well~
Any user is allowed to participate in this, so long as CS, and Lyar'ki rules are followed.
Prompt 1:
Give me a theme for this Lyar'ki (ex. natural, seasons, weather, stars, etc). You will have until 3/13 at 9:30pm EST to post a single theme. The posted themes will then be randomized to determine which theme will be used/chosen.
This Lyar'ki was designated by participants to be hurt themed, have stripes, and bear antlers.
I gave it scars along its body, broken antlers, tears forming in its eyes, an injured/dying companion (a larger butterfly than is common) on its tail, and a single wing which also bears a few scars. Hope y'all like it!
