This might be a new character, I'm not really sure right now.
He is a work in progress. So excuse some of the sloppy/lazy/not detailed work.
He's very plain and simple, mainly because I'm not really creative. :c

Timer is correct, I was away from my computer for a few minutes.

I couldn't think of a name for him.
Please post if you have any name suggestions. ^^
