Could I have a custom?
Username: Vas_Happenin
Name for doggie: Italy
Base: White, but painted lime green, with all colors of the rainbow splattered on him. (I'm not too picky so don't worry) (There is still some white fur on him)
Other: Would it be too much trouble to have a bow tie or glowing rainbow bracelets? (Choose one, whichever looks best!)
Would you like anything for all of your trouble?
