What all do we put for these parts?
I kind of understand the second, but the first, not really. Any accesories they are wearing?
Is that all?

I'm glad you went ahead and asked!
In the first, you list out anything about the design. So, colors, mutations, accessories, and markings and stuff.
In the second part, you describe what kind of job the pony has, what kind of past they have lived, etc. So one is just describing what you made, the other is giving it some background and personality
