1.) Be nice! Whether staff, customer, or just a visitor; Be. Nice. (Woo hoo! There's that rule of awesomeness again! owo)
2.) You will most likely be asked if your custom is alright when you receive it; If it's not alright, please don't ask my staff to edit it 20 different times. >u<
3.) I absolutely refuse to do gory, bloody, demonic (etc.) customs (or other customs I feel uncomfortable doing); And I refuse to allow my staff to do them as well! If your order gets declined just pick a different and acceptable pet/character, don't pitch a hissy fit for cryin' out loud. >.<
4.) Please give my staff time to make your custom! We can't be on the computer 24/7, but I guarantee that we will do our utmost best!
5.) You cannot choose the pose or style of your custom, sorry! ^^"
6.) When a Coopertown staff member's "availability" section says "Unavailable", please do not choose them to do your order. ^^"
7.) DO NOT remove the artists signature or the link from your Schmuppy!
8.) My staff will not be held responsible for you not reading the rules! Wow. Shocker! ouo

Rules for Adoption:

1.) Be nice! Whether staff, customer, or just a visitor; Be. Nice. (Omigeese! There it is again! ;u; -heart is all aglow- XD)
2.) You may only adopted ONE (1) Schmuppy per litter; If there are two or more litters out, still you may only adopted ONE from one of the litters unless otherwise stated. Sorry! ^^"
3.) You may NOT, in your form or elsewhere (when adopting), say "I'll take x, but if not that, then y". Don't try to squeeze out of this, it's not fair to others when you do this. e~o
4.) Please remember, if you name your Schmuppy right away, give him/her an appropriate and decent name. (Nothing that is or is related to 'gory, bloody, demonic (etc.)' movies, games, or other things!) If you do not name your Schmuppy right away, please let us know when you do! ^.^
5.) Please also remember when filling out a form to adopt, to put in the exact name listed. It makes it alot easier for archiving an' stuff! ;D

The Coopertown Post Office is a ...uh...somewhere's in between minor and major work in progress. xD And there's only a few more things on the other places on the first page that need some fixin' up. ;u; This (the Post Office) is really just sort or a preview for now, The images must be enhanced and there's still more on the way, so hopefully I can get it all fixed. ;u; I really REALLY hope you all enjoy it! ^^ Right now it's closed though soooo.... >u< Pretty much everything is closed except for customs done by my staff. ^^"

Are customs free?
No, Customs cost 1 rare each, unless stated otherwise. Customs can be paid for in several different ways: 1 rare each, special offers, or by a coupon. If you have a rare, you can send that over in payment of your custom. If I have a speicla offer running, you can use that as payment. I sometimes give out coupons for free customs to random members who want them. If you have one, please put in your form that you have it and will be using it! ^.^

Can I pay for a custom with UCs, Cs, VCs, and/or OMGSCs?
No, sorry! ^^" Not unless I have a sale on them, or it says something in the special offers.

What are Public Designs?
Public Designs is an limited event where we allow members to draw a design on paper or digital and we make that design and put it up for adoption! =D No one earns anything out of this except the thrill of making others happy! <3

Do I have to pay extra for each item I have on my custom?
Nope. ^.^ There's no extra charge for items unless ya get crazy with it or if you're buying from the Five & Dime. And if some genius decides to copy an item out of the Five & Dime, put it on the reference/description, and order a custom, I will refuse or you will pay extra. (Unless I say otherwise.) Okey-dokey?

Can I still suggest items for your shop?
Well, I would prefer itmes only be suggested when the poll is up or if I post saying you can. ^^"

Can I suggest pet designs or poses?
No, sorry! D= I have my own poses of pets, and you cannot suggest designs unless you're apart of my staff. ^^" But whenever Public Designs swings around, you can go wild (with designs)! ^.^

Do you have potions? Will you make them?
Nope. I don't do potions. I'll occasionally do bottles though! ^.^ There was a special April 2013 bottle, but unfortunately, due to an unexpected incident the bottle was never released. ^^" No worries though, there will be more!

I lost my pet's code/I have the wrong code!
If you have lost your pet's code, you can either go to the archive and and copy and paste it (be sure you put the shop link on it though!) or you can PM me for it! ^.^ Unless you prefer to post. =]If you have received the wrong code for your pet, please tell me and I'll get the right one to you as soon as I can! ^.^ And, my apologies for any inconvenience. =]

What is an artist's job?
And official artist can make litters anytime, and will be posted when the owner decides. Artists must be sure not to make any demonic, gory, etc. pets! An official artists also can do customs as well. (The customer has the right to choose which artist they would like to do their custom.) (see staff list for official artists)

What's a guest artist's job?

What's a moderator's job?
A moderator makes sure that everyone gets the help they're needing, and makes sure that all the rules are being obeyed. (see staff list for current mods)
