History:
These study equines live in the wooded mountain ranges that scar Ekara. They are around mid-height (14-15.3 hh) with sturdy legs and a long tail adorn with long hair and six bone spikes. Its mane is odd, naturally cropped but with long sections at the withers and forelock. Males have ornamental hair on their rump that extends along the thickest part of the tail, this serves no known purpose. Their ears are fluffy on the inside to keep them warm in the winter. What they lack in hearing they make up for in their excellent sense of smell. They sleep standing up most of the time for rolling over onto that tail would ruin their night. The males, armed with long, sharp saber teeth, a maced tail and thick skin, are exceptionally bad tempered toward each other. During the mating season they will strut around to attract the attention of a mare but end up having to battle another stallion. Most of the time both males will walk away with only a few cuts and bruises but rarely the wounds are fatal. (very rarely) They are big boned and well muscled so you would think you could ride them. As this is possible it is also very dangerous. Fjords are very stubborn and can easily take control over a rider and cause serious damage. It is highly recommended that they stay wild.

They are always some type of Dun, weather it is a recognized pattern or another coat with barring.
Adoption Information:
All Fjords that are avaliable for adoption will have "Adopt Me" written on them. Those without have already been adopted out.
Form Rules:
Bolded tags are correct, are not centered, coloured, resized, etc. They are a base form. The answers to the questions/titles after the bold tags must be on the same line as the thing, so name is next to the name bit. If it doesn't follow this it will be ignored for the next best form.
You can find the form for each fjord on their page. If there is no form it means that you cannot submit a form for adoption, it will also say on a fjord's page if the artist is accepting forms or not.
Breeding:
Breeding is now open. A stallion can only be bred three times while a mare can only be bred twice.
Customs:
Sorry, unless you are part of the SSF staff you cannot have a custom. (Staff can only make two customs!)
Rules:
Do not claim species as your own (Lines belong to Lilian Nightshade)
Do not remove Lilian's signature from image
Only one per person per day
You can apply for more then one in a day but you will only get one
Do not ask if/how to adopt as it clearly says how
If you do not own it you cannot use the image in any way shape or form without the owners consent
you must have been registered for at least 3 months and have made at least 200 posts to adopt (sorry if this is unfair...)
If you bump a fjord your adoption form will be ignored
You cannot edit forms and add anything to them except for what it asks for (you are aloud to edit if the form calls for art)
Forms must not be centered, resized, coloured or quoted
When putting the age of the fjord only use full years. I don't need to know how many months or days are included.
