I've been very busy with school and life lately, and have been neglecting this thread. I'll be closing Pocket Wyrms temporarily.

Rules~Read them, know them, love them!

1. All forum and CS rules apply.
2. No spamming, no yelling, no begging, no rudeness.
3. Do not sell your wyrm for any type of currency, on site or off.
4. Do not take your wyrm off of CS.
5. Absolutely no use of Pocket Wyrm lines or adoptables without my express permission.
6. Please do not repost or quote your forms, unless I ask you to. I will see it. This includes reminding me of orders.
7. Try not to edit your form. Minor fixes are allowed.
8. Do not give your wyrms to other users without letting me know.
9. Please post if you change your username.
10. If you no longer want your wyrm, please let me know, and I will put it up for re adoption. You may not use the codes after returning a wyrm.
11. Do not ask when a new litter/event/item will come out. Wyrms and items are individually colored and take time.
12. There is no need to bump this thread--I can do it myself.

What is a Pocket Wyrm?

Everybody knows what a dragon is. Many people know another name for them: wyrms.
Somewhere along the way, a new subspecies was created, affectionately known as Pocket Wyrms.


Appearance~
Wyrms come in all colors and patterns. Females and males alike grow to an average of 3 inches long, with a maximum of 5 inches. Small mutations and genetic diversity abound. Major variations are rare.

Habitat~
Everywhere. From the wild unknown, to a farm, to a city, to your home. They like to curl up in little hidey-holes, such as an old rabbit hole or pillow fort.

Diet~
Mostly small insects and other pests (but never dragonflies). Wyrms often like minnow-sized fish or similarly sized animals. Some will also snack on various berries. Few enjoy human food, as it makes them sick.

Personality~
They generally bond with and take after their owners (used as a relative term here). Wyrms are very loving and loyal. They are fiercely protective of their "property," but love the company of other wyrms. Some are said to develop a telepathic link with their caretaker. Their individual characteristics are as unique, if not more so, than that of humans.

Breeding~
Occasionally, wyrms will breed. Only male and females can breed, however, multiple males may sometimes mate with one female. This is normal, and is a way to increase the diversity of the population. Each mating will produce 1-3 eggs.

Here is where new hatches will be displayed for adoption. Please limit yourself to one wyrm per hatch.
I will usually take 2-3 forms for each wyrm. I decide who gets the wyrm, so put some effort into your form. Forms that show no effort, or that I don't like, can be declined.
