Got a little carried away... fail. oh well! i think it looks cute-punky! (minus the wings anyway, pribably should have made them darker) and yes, that is a vail. its kinda messed up. but oh well.
Louie is in fact a girl name, and i happen to be very fond of it, thank you very much :3

GUESS WHAT!? im a make a commic involving Loiue, Ivy, and Xander... possebly another mystery character...? but that must wait untill i get a new tablet. i have my eyes on one that i can help but to beg my parents for :lol:
