Two new rules for artists and guest artist!


1. There must be 15 lumiretts between each Ice Lumirett
2. There must be 30 lumiretts between each Fire Lumirett

New artist rules (IMPORTANT):
There are now too many Lumis being made, so we need some guidelines.
From this point on:

-Each artist may only have one Lumirett competition open at a time.
-Each competition must last either AT LEAST 2 days or until there are 3 pages, whichever is sooner.

@Obelisk: I have a few questions, I'm not able to post up my second GA Lumirett because I think in the rules it states 75 has to be done by an artist, second is that does the new rule of only having one up at a time also apply to GA?
