No. For the horns I believe u need an 'Custom Lineart Letter X' or 'Custom Lineart Letter O'.

A letter, allowing you to order a custom lineart change.
Example: Different tail, ears, mouth... etc. Reference needed.

And for the custom you would need additionaly a 'Custom Letter X' or 'Custom Letter O'.

A letter, allowing you to order a Custom Kitsubi.

Do you own the needed Item?: Yes, The small horns on the top of the head. (Here would stand 'Custom Lineart Letter X or O + Custom Letter X or O***. What you have written would be under Reference/Wishes.)
