It seemed nearly impossible that the rare humanoid creature had come so much as a mere dozen yards away from the great city of Vinara. She had heard that there was a new faerre at the altar, and even though she had long since sought after the companionship of a creature nearly as unique as herself. But the thing is, all of those who had previously come across the altar seeking to leave the city had just not... Struck her fancy, per say. Do not get her wrong, all of them were brilliant/amazing creatures, but just not the perfect partner for her personally.
Let's make a few things more clear. This creature, who stands at a mere 4 feet 4 inches tall, but is lean, yet not in a gawky way. Her straight hair, which is nearly as white as her pearly skin, is long and flows beautifully down her back. She is very petite, with a dainty face and tiny hands, but there are two specific things that stand out the most about here, well, physically. If you take it just generally speaking, then there would be three. First things first, her gorgeous eyes are a deep shape of purple, yet rimmed around the pupil with a light violet. Secondly, she has thin, rounded wings that are nearly transluscent in color and randomly covered in a natural-sort of sparkling substance. The third and probubly most important thing would be the fact that her father was a tall, pure light elf and her mother was a small, feminine fairy, making her a hybrid. Most creatures of both of those species were very shy creatures that kept to themselves, but today things would be different.
Slowly, she approached the place where many other people and creatures were gathered, the oh-so-famous altar. She stood near the back, unable to see the small faerre but thankfully able to hear it speak, and it's words added to the hope that this WAS the right choice. Kylie would be the perfect friend for her, if only she was so lucky as to be chosen by the precious faerre to travel together. Slowly, the time that she waited began to twindle, and as she stood there, she pulled out a sketchpad and began to draw the brilliant creature upon the altar, camera in paw. Finally, she herself was at the front of the line, mere feet away from the stunning creature, whose colors were beautiful in a natural way. She reminded the humanoid of a gorgeous flowering plant in a way, for she had brown fur that resembled the soil, filled with nutrients. Next she had green on her pelt, which was like big, billowing leaves. And the pale pink was like the tender petals of the flower, delicate and soft. The little hints of yellow were like the center of a flower, the cute specks of pollen.
Bowing her head down, and lowering her body to bend half-way out of respect and humble politeness. "Kylie, what a stunning name for such a lovely faerre. I'm sure you were already aware, but if you were not, did you know that the meaning behind your name is a beautiful spirit? And I think that fits you quite well." She offered a small smile to the small faerre, just the tiniest bit of her bright white teeth showing through. "So I hear you are a photographer, yes? You love to take pictures of the world, to capture the beautiful essence in everything around you. Which is why you seek to leave Vinara, to explore and use your camera as a way to be able to remember your travels, and be able to look back and reminisce about them. I share a quite similar passion to yourself, though it is just a little bit different. I am an artist. I take in everything I see, but in a different way. Just give me a canvas and some paint or pencils. I would be honored to be able to share the experiences of the world with someone such as yourself, to be able to be with someone else who sees things the same way I do, through similiar eyes, with a similiar viewpoint. And even if you decide to be with another, I would like you to keep this, if you wish. It's just alittle thing I drew for you." She gently ripped the paper out of her notepad and handed the sketch of the faerre to Kylie, offering another soft smile as she set the paper down infront of her paws. "Goodbye, dear spirit of beauty, and goodluck, where-ever the winds of your life may lead you."
