And i am german an d have a question...
Is it a rule, that the Character is a wolf/dog?
And is it ok if I use Oekaki outlines from others?
Is it better if i draw something by my own?

yes of course you can and the character can be anything really i like hybrids the most (mixture between two spiecies)
i like canines - wolfs, fox's wild dogs, jackal ectra
felines - big cats, like lions, leopards, serval ectra
other types of species - fossa

You must provide at least one of the following which needs to be used in all entries:

• A lineart (or part of a lineart for contestants to complete).
• A proper background which features scenery and/or items (Colour-fills and gradients are not considered to be proper background).
