Ok, a couple of questions-

1. Can you adopt more than one pet at a time?
2. Are you allowed to adopt a pet and it would be another form of a character?
3. Is it ok to give a pet back to The Agency, then adopt it again?
4. Is it fair to pick favorites in the code drop? (Example- Applefiend is stuck between two forms, one of them is by a very close friend. So he automaticauly picks his friend.) Is that allowed? Are the code dropers/pickers allowed to do that?
