Oh my goodness... I've been saved from the disaster like a black hole...
My tablet got broken, and it said "a supported tablet was not found on the system" which is one of the WORST kinds of errors that you can ever get in, especially on Wacom tablets. They're still trying to get cures and fixes for it...
If updating your software doesn't work, then it means exchanging, selling, contacting the administrator or buying a new one..
I was shocked for the last 7 hours, and now the problem is.. I don't know where the power button for the tablet is. There is NO power off button on it.. and now I have to keep the pen away at least 30 cm away from the tablet. and I have to make sure to keep it safe and to not crash.. I know this isn't so much about art, but I thought you people who has tablets, especially bamboo and intuos tablets, should know this.... and now it works fine, and perfectly. This is my most happy moments in my life... It's on the top 10 list, at least.
So when you guys get those things, try everything you can, and if it doesn't work until then, then the only option is to exchange it, that's the best way without getting any money spent, unless you've had it for too long and you can't exchange anymore, that would mean selling it on Ebay or Amazon or Kijiji, and buying a new one, or you have to get professional to fix it, or send it to Wacom, which takes over 1 month to get over;
Well, I gotta go to bed, and I've been dealing with this for over 7 hours, and I am TIRED.
Sorry if this seems like a spam.
Sincerely,
Kittyears
