This is one of the White Witch's deer from the book "The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe".
Here's the books descriptions of them:
"The reindeer were about the size of Shetland Ponies, and their hair was so white that even the snow hardly looked white compaired to it. Seriously, that's what the book says. I just copied it down into the drawing.
