alright. here is another entry. i was originally going to make the character completely cherry-blossom themed, (Japanese cherry blossoms) but then i thought that it would be too girly with the pink blossoms. so i changed the design some. i drew the character a turtle friend that somehow has plants growing on its' shell and microscopic birds flying around.

i couldn't find the layer that the face front view was so i left it how it is.
