I'm sorry but no, that would not be official art so it will not replace the original version you have.
No image will replace the originals and only the original one will be transferred to the site.
All other art will simply be fan art of your Rune.

I have a quick question, and I'm not sure if its been addressed before. If it has, I'm sorry, I never saw it.

If we own a baby rune when they're transferred to the new site, will they eventually grow once the new site opens up or will they stay babies forever?

They will stay the way they are.
All Runes from CS will remain the same but the ones on the new site will have both fully grown versions as well as baby versions for you to enjoy.

I'm sorry but no. The last two have already been completed and no more breeding slots, customs, or growing slots will be available. I have one growing order that I still need to complete but after that we shall be officially closed till we can get the new site in running order.
