For creating an oekaki contest :

You must provide at least one of the following which needs to be used in all entries:

• A lineart (or part of a lineart for contestants to complete).
• A proper background.

If you don't provide something for users to edit, your contest will be moved to the regular Art Contest board.

-You may use the background i have provided or create your own. You don't NEED a background but it makes it more interesting for me.

Although there is nothing to be done for the current entries, please edit your first post to comply with competition rules (that the background provided must be used in all entries).

2. Any prizes you offer must be awarded to winners at the end of the contest - even if you cancel or close the contest early. If the entries were disappointing or you didn't get many to pick from, advertise and bump more to try and get more entries before you close.

3. You can't list any prizes that aren't definitely going to be given out. This means you can no longer list conditional prizes (e.g. grand prizes) which you'll only give out if you get a particularly good entry. Every prize listed must be awarded at the end of the contest if the entry conditions are met.

4. You can't change your promised prizes, unless you are changing them to something of the same (or higher) value. Any changes made must be accepted by the prize winner or contestants involved.

I have the right to change the prizes at any time before the end of the contest. I also have the right to not give out a prize if I do not feel the entry deserves it. These are all the prizes available. Grand prize winner chooses first, first place winner chooses next, second place, third place, etc....

Remember!
If you get a prize listed at the top, the design you created belongs to me. If you want to keep your design, you will not get a prize from the top but instead a prize from my trade group. Everyone gets a prize as long as you follow the rules and took time to create it. If you only made a design and took no time just to get something from my trades, you won't get a prize.

Competition rules require that you hand out all advertised prizes, so please additionally edit your first post to remove the comments about not giving out prizes'/changing them and the comments made about how "everybody wins" when you don't intend on giving everybody a prize.

Oh please don't move it to the Art Contest Board! This has happened twice to me now, I can't win if you move it because I'm COPPA'd and can't post on the Art Contest Board, and thus can't re-enter. I spent 1 hour and 21 mins on it that would be a wast of my time and effort.

Oh I have forgotten to edit that. Those two were the only ones at the time. And they weren't the only two to get prizes, but the only two to get rare prizes.
