~What is the Horse Art Role Play Game Racehorse Association?~
The HRA is a unique HARPG based horse racing. Here you can adopt and breed thoroughbreds(and occasionally special breeds) to race! Now, we are not literally going to jump on horses and race them. That is where the HARPG part comes in! There are 3 types of races: Artwork, Luck of the Draw, and Speedpaint. Further information in the main topic. Basically, you will adopt a horse from the HRA racehorse farm/adoption center(here), enter it into a or many races, and see just how good he/she is! Simple, right?

~Rules~
- ONLY 3 ADOPTED HORSES PER PERSON!
- NO asking to be an artist(except BES people)
- You MUST own a horse adopted from, bred at, or ordered from the HARPG Racehorse Association adoption center to enter any races.
- You must use your HARPG Racehorse Association adopted horse in the races.
- respect the judges and other staff!
- NO claiming other peoples art as your own!

~How Many HRA Horses Can You Have?~
- 3 adopted horses per person.
- 3 next gender/bred foals. You may breed your horses as many times as you wish but you can not own more than 3 foals TOTAL.
- Unlimited custom ordered horses.
- if you are an artist, mod, or archivist, you may have 1 free custom(that you can make). This is an EXTRA.
~How To Adopt~
It is quite simple. Just click on a horse that has an "adopt me" sign and fill out it's adoption form. How a horse is adopted out will vary.

As you may know, I am letting all who board horses at Bayside Equestrian Stables and who are members there, get to be artists! Just ask to be added! BUT WAIT! For now, you may only make up to 3 horses. I will chose permanent artists after assessing everyone's created pets. Now here are the rules of which you must follow: all horses MUST be thoroughbred colors only(variations of chestnut, bay, black, grey, and seal brown). Absolutely NO pintos, appaloosas, roans, pure white/albino, etc. If I want special colorations, I will inform you. As far as markings go, do anything you want but no bald faces or stockings that extended past the knees/hocks, as those are pinto patterns. If anyone breaks any rules, your name will be taken off the list of people who can be artists.
For Adopting out, I want a lot of these guys to get adopted at first so we can get things rolling, so make most of them First Come, First Serve. Make sure that their adoption forms have AT LEAST theses things:
Horses should NOT be under 2 years of age. If you want to control some things about the horse, such as gender or age, u may pre fill those out.

~Custom Racehorses~
You can now order custom horses. All CS pets used to pay for customs will be used as prizes for HRA races, so make sure that you send your payment to iceeon! To order a custom Thoroughbred, fill out the Custom Form(below) and post it here or PM me(PM is preferred, it may get lost if u post it) and send me a trade. Once I receive the trade, I will get an artist to do your custom or I will do it myself. ARTISTS, PLEASE DO OT START ON A CUSTOM UNTIL THE TRADE IS CONFIRMED.
Price will be based on rarity of the horse's desired color. NO pinto/paints, appaloosas, colors with Flaxen manes & tails, or any color that TBs absolutely DO NOT come in. Special colorations like that will be saved for special occasions.

~Breeding Center~
ONLY 3 FOALS PERSON PLEASE.
Here you can breed your horses! Stallions do not have a breeding limit, but mares can only have a foal once a month. In the end, each person may only own 3 bred HRA horses, so not to overwhelm our archivist or come to situations where horses are forgotten about.
Here is what you do: The owner of the future foal must fill out a breeding form, pm it to there selected breeder AND post it here and send trade to iceeon(same with custom payments, breeding fees will be used as prizes). Your foal will then be designed and given to you. More info below:
Personal Breeding: A personal breeding is a breeding where both the stallion and mare that are to be bred are owned buy the same person. You must fill out a breeding form, pm it to there selected breeder AND post it here, and pay iceeon the BREEDING FEE. Your foal will then be designed and given to you.

PLEASE NOTE: there are 2 breeding fees for these kinds of breedings below: one fee to your partner(s) for using their horse's genes, and fee one to me, for making the foal.
1x1 Breeding: A 1x1 breeding is when the stallion is owned by one person and the mare is owned another and both owners agree to breed them. Mares can only have 1 foal at a time so you may decide who gets the foal(usually the person who asked for the breeding). The person who does not get the foal can charge a breeding fee of their own. This person gets the breeding fee(NOT me!) and may charge however or whatever they please, as long as it is within CS rules. The person who ends up to be the owner of the foal must fill out a breeding form, pm it to there selected breeder AND post it here, and pay iceeon the BREEDING FEE. Your foal will then be designed and given to you.
