Neko just said it could be any time please read previous posts for answers to your questions. If you have the currency available in your bank then you are not limited to how many you may order only limited by the slots that are available.

I did read the previous posts so I knew that, I was just asking about how many before it opened so I didn't have to worry about it after it was already open and then have to worry about not getting the slots for it. Thanks for telling me I can get how many I can afford/ how many slots are open!
