Just to make this clear, the agency is completely fair in how they decide who gets each character. When I do code-drops, if I ever come across two or more forms that I can't choose between, I'll often PM another agency staff member and let them choose.

If I find two forms and I really like both and no other agency staff members are online, I'll do my best to narrow them down with things like, which story is the most well thought-out? Which one suits the character best?

I never choose based on who wrote the form, only by how they wrote it, and in the end each kennel only holds one character, no matter how many people applied for it.

So, if you put genuine effort into your form, and really care about the character, you'll definitely have a better chance at it in my eyes.

History/Background/Other:
Jess woke up in her usual spot, Next to her mom; her mom’s slow breathing meant she was still asleep. “Mom wake up it’s already morning.” She said pawing her side. Her mom opened her eyes. “Good morning Mom!”
“Good morning Jess.” Her mother said. Her black fur blew in the forest breeze as she stood up. “Time to go look for your father again. He didn’t come back last night; He’s so weird he’d rather sleep in a random place then one place every night.”
“Ok Mom lets go. Where do you think he went?”
“Not too far.” They walked out side of there cozy cave. Jess’s black fur blew in the wind just like her mothers. Not long she could smell her father’s sent and something else she couldn’t know what it was. They walked past the tall grass.
“Dad where are you!” Jess called. She then heard a sound like snarling. A Pink wolf came out of the grass and it smelt just like her dad.
“Come to me Jess I will teach you my ways.” He said laughing. Jess stared at him. “My fur is not natural is it. Humans did this you must get them back for me.”
Jess shook her head. “I would never kill a human for a stupid reason of your fur color changing. Many animals have unnatural fur these days!”
Her dad looked up his eyes burning red. “But what if you went threw it, it would change you.” Jess shook her head. “It would.” He walked up to her and violently grabbed her front paw. “I’ll show you what humans can do!” He ran as fast as he could then when they reached a stream that all wolves knew had human testing items in it and if you even touched the water your life would be changed. He threw her into the water. Jess was scared to death, and then hit the water. She felt strange inside and headed for the opposite side of the river then pulled herself onto shore.
“Your crazy dad!” she looked at her paws the fur slowly changing colors.
“I told you it would change you.”
“Maybe on the outside but not the inside.” Her mother came running to her. She started licking her fur. “Mom I’m ok.”
“I..I don’t want you to turn crazy like your father let me lick it off you.”
“No Mom I think I can live threw this.”
“Ok fine but promise me you’ll take this.” Her mother lifted the bracelet she had on her paw. “This has protected me from the humans toxins and there experiments. Take it you’ll need it.” Jess looked over at her father his fur was fluffing up. He was walking to the other side of the river.
“You don’t know what you just did. You’re going to go crazy without that maybe I should kill you first before that happens.” Then he jumped on top of her mother and he bites her throat before Jess could do anything about him. She took her front paws and pusses him back into the water. He came back on shore soaking wet. Then she jumped onto his back and bit the back of his throat. He collapsed on the ground. Blood flowed on the ground. Her father and mother lay on the ground dead. She didn’t want to look at them anymore so she walked away back into the forest. Tears flowed from her eyes.
I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.

Key (because the story kind of confuses me too):
• If you swim in Lake Human (the lake that humans have polluted with experimental items) your fur color usual changes and you become crazy and go into a killing spree unless you have a time band that makes you unaffected.
• Time Bands can be found/crated by the gods themselves and it is said that only the most pure wolves can find them.
• Every wolf has there own destiny it can be good or bad it is hard to go against your destiny.
• There are several gods of the wolf world that each controls a different thing like roman gods.

Summery (just so you know some other things on what happened because it can be confusing):
Jess wakes up next to her mom. She lives in a cave. Her dad doesn’t like sleeping in the same place a lot. He accidentally takes a swim in Lake Human. He becomes crazy. He grabs Jess and throws her in. He Kills her Mother. She kills her Father. She goes home.
