Base Colors: The colors Black and turquoise, perhaps a little bit a mixed color of green/blue.
Eye Color: a cold turquoise
Feather Colors: I think, WHite would fit now very good.
Horns: If it is possible, black that fates into grey with a bit turquoise or silver in it. I do not know which one would look better.

A blue and white bead would fit i think.
