Yes, you can breed normal adoptables and customs, but you can't breed specal dragons. I don't understand what you mean with Can we breed our customs?

Like if I own two dragons would I have to post a form and other artists breed them for me or could I color it in myself?

The other artists will do the breed, but you're a FDA artist and, like, you don't own any FDA dragon, you can only breed FDA dragons. If that isn't the answer you want please PM me.

If you only have one dragon and you want to breed it, you'll need to wait till you own other dragon to breed them or wait for someone who can give you a dragon to breed with yours. Ask to people who have FDA dragons. You can go to the Archive to see who own FDA dragons or go to the post Dragons Waiting For A Mate and choose one.
If you'll breed your dragon with a dragon that you don't own, the owner of the mate need to send a PM giving permission for breeding to me or to the mods.

Is better no more than one breeding per day. Please come back tomorrow. You can give the permission and PM the owner of the dragon.

Ok guys, I need to tell you some things you wouldn't like. We have a small big problem xD
Well, the problem is that I can't do something like the markings that KiTelli have done in the male dragon (Tachetez) and she'll do both of the breedings, since both of the couples have the same male. And what makes the problem bigger is that she is in vacations and she'll be very inactive these two weeks to work in FDA dragons right now... She will do the breedings when she can. We're really sorry because of that, but you'll have to wait some time until you get the breeds...
