About Vinyl dash: I love my little pony (obviously) and my favorite pony is Vinyl scratch. I love making fan art and playing around with photoshop. I was inspired by Rainbowdash (the user and owner of this thread) to do pony art. My role model on this site is simba fan (mod of the mlp fan club) (Hope this information helped)
Do you want to do payments for customs or do customs for free?: Well, I'm not sure really I think the harder the customs should cost but that wouldn't really be fair. So yes customs should cost no matter how hard.
