You can! you can go to a groomers that does specialize in dying Dog hair and they will do it for you! or you can search a pet friendly dye and go to a store that sells the color and pet dye you want and you can do it yourself! =]

Though i think putting a bull ring through their nose and some ear pericings might be a bit extreme lol

I don't think the parents would be very happy if I dyed their babies, however....... I'll have to stick with dyeing my own hair! XD
