"This baby Rune is the offspring of Sonic and Lila. The happy little boy loves collecting string and has inherited mostly his mother's traits with his father's coloration. The String Rune is a common Rune Dragon usually found in bundles of yarn and string where it makes it's nests. This baby will forever keep the string he was hatched in and loves to collect the random colorful pieces while ornamenting them across his fluffy body. Males do this more often than females since more color means a more handsome Rune to them, but this little boy is still to young to think about that just yet. For now he contents himself with staying in the baskets of yarn within your home and stealing all the string he can find to line his nest. These Runes are also commonly seen among the seamstresses of Eldamore as well, if you can gain this type of dragon's trust they will reward you with the finest yarn they have in possession as a token of your friendship. Which for these Rune Dragons is quite the honor indeed!"

Shuugi-Bukuro, which is a Japanese colorful string ornament used on special occasions, such as the holidays or weddings. He likes to be called Buk for short.

Buk is gentle and a sweetheart. He loves to make crafts with his string, including bracelets and small hats for himself. He would rather be on the ground than in the air; showing that he has a fear of heights. Even a few feet from the ground without some sort of comfort will make Buk upset.
Why do you wish to have him/her:
When I saw him, my heart stopped. I love love love making crafts, especially string bracelets, and I would be honored to have him as my first Rune. His colors compliment each other so nicely, and the pastel effect- gorgeous! Anyways, I'm going to stop rambling now. I am so happy to have the opportunity to try to win him.
Where will you keep him/her:
I will keep Buk in my character thread, my avatar, my gallery, and, more importantly, my heart and mind.

Any Quirks:
Buk cannot resist the smallest amount of string. He will pounce onto a ball of string like a cat and sit on it, then turn the string into something beautiful like a keychain or a bracelet while still sitting on it.

Chaos (カオス Kaosu?) is a Chao mutated by the Chaos Emeralds that acts as a guardian for its species, protects the Master Emerald, and provides clear water around its altar

Why do you wish to have him/her:
Many things drew me to this rune dragon. For one, The babies are always adorable, but I haven't yet found the one baby that i have really loved and would be proud to keep on my siggie as a baby forever. Fortunately, I feel like this baby would be cute forever, in my eyes. Second, I love the ribbons around him. They remind me of the immense amount of crafts I do. So he would be an immense help with my craft life. And third, I love the color blue. Blue is what I fall asleep to, literally. My room is painted blue, and any character I create has to have some form of blue in them. It is a habit.
Where will you keep him/her:
For one, I will keep him in my signature, because my signature needs a little bit of color at the moment. Second, I will keep him in his own forum., I would also keep him on Charahub. com.

Any Quirks:
He likes to dig in my crocheting box and hide in the string. He is usually found wedged in the very corner of the string box. He sorta blends in, because the only colors of string I keep in my box are Baby blue, Baby pink, Baby green, and Baby yellow (very soft colors)

Chaos, as all string runes like to do, was knitting his friends scarves for Christmas. He had run out of materials for his scarves, so I had to loan him some of my yarn. Turns out, I was all out of yarn myself, so I had to run to the store to get string for his little project. It was mostly my fault, as well. I had borrowed some yarn from him earlier in the week to make my own scarf, because it had gotten really cold in Eldemore, really fast. So I told Tsalagi to watch over the store, help anyone who came into the store, and I would be back as soon as possible. I grabbed Chaos and walked out the door, leaving it slightly ajar so as to show that the store was open. I headed off down the street to buy yarn from the local craft supplier. Turns out that they were totally out of stock on the colors of yarn that Chaos needed. I huffed and shook my head at Chaos. He looked really dissapointed. "Don't worry, buddy! We'll just come back tomorrow and see if they have more yarn. You have enough time to get your presents done by Christmas!" I smiled at him and walked back to the cottage. There was someone in the shop when I got back into the cottage. They were looking around at the inventory....... But that is another story for another time.

Why Bowen?
Named for the Bowen Knot, I think it suits because of his type (obviously), and that he himself seems like the kind to knot things back together; The peacemaker, if you will. Even though the Bowen Knot is not a true knot (That is so fun to say), it still holds the representation well in it's coils. In addition, the Bowen Knot's lack of beginning or end is relevant to the amount of possibility for this handsome and modest boy.

Male, although I'll admit that the other runes might not consider sewing to be, well, manly. Not that Bowen cares, of course.

Bowen is a fun, easygoing character, someone hard to not get along with. He has a witty, light sense of humor, a charming personality, and a dash of awkward, just enough to make him funny in a sort of cute way. He is a loyal and chivalrous dragon, and any friend of his, which is quite a large group, can count on him when they need it to count. He does end up getting friendzoned a lot by female dragons, but he is currently young enough to not care just yet.
Keep in mind that although Bowen is patient, he won't sit through anything. That's why he got pranked while he was asleep.

Grouchy Bowen is not a fun Bowen, so don't mistake his mild demeanor for "easy prey".
As is natural for a String Rune, Bowen is very adept at craft-making and re-using. He loves all sorts of knicknacks, and is something of a hoarder. He plans to use everything he keeps, but it ends up in a pile of "to-do"'s sooner or later. What he does make, however, is stunning. Curtains of silver discs and gears, framed art made out of dead socks, sculptures from recycled paper, you name it and he'll try to do it. He takes ideas as a challenge more than a hypothetical object, and some things don't turn out very well; A mousetrap made of toast? Doesn't work. A chair made of pulled up rosebushes? Ouch. Things that don't work find their way back to the piles of material, eventually getting re-re-used.

Why do you wish to have him?
Why wouldn't I? He is, unfortunately, getting overlooked in light of the others, but he deserves his own generous share of attention. He is adorable, simple, full of personality, and, most of all, composed of liquid potential. I have the feeling that paired with Canvas and myself, we three would be unstoppable. There is another reason: Canvas is lonely being my only rune. We love each others company, but she would love another rune to have the company of. I can think of no better protégé than Bowen. I would love to have him join the team.

Practically everywhere! I would have him take a place near Canvas in my Character Thread, I would write stories including him, I would roleplay him, I would include him in my signature on rotation at least, and he would be quite popular in my gallery! He would have no shortage of attention, to say the least.

Assuming I get a chance, yes. I doubt such will work, though, with such limited time to grow him and find the perfect girl for him. Friendzoned.

Any Quirks:
Bowen absolutely LOVES handkerchiefs and bandanas. He has a small collection of them (I think he stole some of them... Naughty Runeling...), and sometimes will tie them all end to end and fly around with his new "tail". It's hilarious to watch, him flying around, trying to stay balanced, and then coming to land and flopping over as soon as he slows down.

His name as a pony would probably lengthen out to Bowen Knot instead of Bowen. Despite his wings as a Rune Dragon, I think he seems more like a unicorn than a pegasus.

I really hate myself for procrastinating so long. I intended to have at least one story, but I'm busy all day between now and the judging T~T

Spindle
{ Spindle, which means nothing at all, well as far as I know. When I saw him, the name was just natral, it just seems so perfect. For him, there was no othing option for names, Spindle seems just right for him. <3 I don't think you need pronounciation for this name. ^^}

Personality:
Spindle is just a overall happy rune dragon. He doesn't seem to ever have a bad day. You can always count on seeing Spindle wearing his bright happy smile. A thing that Gypsy loves about him, is that since he is basically always happy , he can't ever stay mad. Which means when he does get mad, he gets this sort of pouty frown, he frowns and his brow furrows and his lip starts to quiver.

Adorably clumsy. Yep you should see him trying to get away with stealing yarn from the store. The strings get tangled up in his wings, and he starts to stumble, and then the poor little guys goes splat on his face. Oh, poor little guy. Whenever he tries to pull off the "cool" effect, he stumbles and again, he falls splat on his little snout, Gypsy likes to tease that it's a wonder that all his features aren't flat(no worries, it's all friendly xD) He's adorably clumsy, in a sort of sweet, cuddly teddy bear sort of way.

Another quick little piece of information about Spindle is that he is completely scatter brained. Organized is one of the last words I would ever use to describe him. He can never plan for anything. "Hey, it's Gypsy's birthday, wait, it's today? I forgot to get a present! Aggg! *Spindle runs around like he has been injected with caffine*. He's always running around trying to get something done. He is so forgetful it's kind of funny, ("Funny?!" *pouty face*)

Spindle is almost, well, shy. In a crowd, he tends to sort of blend in, something that Gypsy never lets him get away with. She always sort of makes him get out there, which makes him pull a foolish little smile, he blushes like crazy and then he says something stupid, or does something. Like stumbles on his words, or trip and fall(yeah, there is a lot of falling over in his life xD). Whenever someone compliments him, he'll blush, smile, and try to deny it it, wondering why you even looked at him.

A trait that Gypsy teases him about is his "anxiety" problems. He can be very anxious, he gets all jittery and unhappy and starts to pace and he can't sit still, which has become a pet peeve of Gypys's. LIke his sad face, he starts to pout, his lip quivers and he makes quite whimpers. Worrying and worrying, "Five minutes have passed, right? Or maybe just two? Aggg! Why don't I have a watch?"


Why do you wish to have him/her:
Because he is adorable <3 He just seems like the little dragon, that is always smiling and cracking cheesy jokes. I'm sure Gypsy would love to have him around. If you know Gypsy´s personality, I think that she needs a a little one to fuss over, I was going to breed her with Dotori(he´s a ancient now) but since he's a ancient, we couldn't breed them, so now she needs something to have someone to fuss over, and spend her time embrassing. <3 So this little guy was just perfect.
I love this species and I especially would love to get another rune. <3 And defaintly want a baby rune dragon, they are just so fluffy! <333333
When I saw this one, I though he was cute, and had a funny picture of Gypsy with him, teasing him lightly and him with the cutest pouty face. xD After that, everything just came to me.
The fact that he is the baby string rune, I find just plain adorable. He's jumping around in my head, getting all tangled up with string, making me smile.
This rune after all, brings smiles. Whenever I see him, I always smile at his bright smile and the messy tuft of fluff sticking out of his forehead, *Gypsy tries to comb it down* I think that he'd make a wonderful companion for myself, my rune bearer and Gypsy. I am truly honored to have the chance to adopt him. c:

Everywhere! Everywhere I can squeeze him in, fro my daily doodles from here on CS. He'll have a home everwhere I can find a place for him. He's going to have to share my rune dragon thread with Gypsy, and I'm going to embrass him to death by putting him in the spotlight in my signature. xD

You mean apart from the yarn and string obbession? xD Yeah, he has other hobbies to occupy himself with, such as knitting! " *splutters* You said you wouldn't tell!" xD Hehehe, yep, knitting, he doesn't like to admit it though. cx Knitting by the fire while Gypsy plays a tune on her flute, what could be better? Apart from string! He'll knit for hours, until he falls a sleep, his head resting on a ball of yarn, one wing curled around the ball and his word of art tucked under his other wing. <3
Another little odd quirk he has is sleeping in yarn. Oh yeah, the yarn obbession contiunes! If he hasn't fallen asleep asleep while knitting, he'll bounce up to his bed, a old basket, the ones that you take along with you for a picnic. Inside, it's filled with unravled strings of yarn. And plop, he's curled up into a tight ball, resembling a ball of yarn. *snores*.
