Oh i cant wait to see the new donations flooding in again but its really a shame that i wont be able to adopt until Orth judges 11....at what point would we just let the agency account judge that form? maybe after a few more code drops?

A code drop is when one of the Agency mods gathers all the adoption forms and chooses who gets which pet. Like, if two people applied for number 24 (just an examples) they would choose who got it then.
