That was posted before the contest ended. The saber was created by KaiKenNatsuki and it was put up for adoption. If you see the WAS pound link in KaiKenNatsuki's sig, you can see that ordering art of the saber is allowed to increase your chances of winning the saber. But now that the contest has ended, I guess you can say that the form above is now not counted.
